Rules & Regulation :-
1. Sales are based on PRE-ORDER and first come first served basis.
2. Kindly don't order if you are not willing to wait.
3. Serious buyer only. Strictly no backing out or else you'll be black-listed.
4. Items are restock able unless stated.
5. Price are final and non-negotiable. Upon promotion, special price will be given.
6. All items sold are brand new/ready stock unless stated.
7. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations allowed once order is placed.
8. Actual color may vary a little due to lighting / monitor resolution.
9. Goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable
10. On9 Counter will not be liable for any damage or losses incurred by courier service.

Delivery Terms:
1. On9 Counter will processed your order after 2 working days the order submitted and 2 to 7 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
2. On9 Counter will only send out your items on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
3. Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.
Shipping Fee:
Some of the item's price may include shipping fee (if stated).
PosLaju (Peninsular Malaysia ONLY) : RM 6.00 (1 - 2 pieces)
Estimated days to receive : 1 - 3 working days
PosEkspress : RM 6.00 (1 - 2 pieces)
Estimated days to receive : 1 - 2 working days
For certain item, different shipping fee might be apply (if stated).
